Shipping Policies:

  1. We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
  2. We provide Insured shipping for their full value.
  3. We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  4. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
  5. Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
  6. FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Adamand Corp. We will contact you to determine next steps.
  7. Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
  8. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
