Ring Resizing Policy

We offer complimentary lifetime ring resizing, including free return shipping worldwide. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping their rings to us for resizing.

To adjust the ring size, small amounts of metal are either added or removed. This may result in a slight change in the ring's thickness, which is typically subtle and not easily noticeable. After resizing, your ring will undergo a thorough quality assurance inspection to ensure it meets our high standards and matches your requested size.

*Please note: Certain rings may not be eligible for resizing due to design limitations or size constraints. If your ring requires remanufacturing during the 30-day return period, there is no additional charge. Outside of this return window a fee may apply for remanufacturing. Remanufactured rings may show minor differences from the original due to the process. You will be notified and given full details before any work begins, including applicable charges.
